What file formats do you provide?
I can send final files in any format needed, including PDF, JPG, TIFF, SVG, or others, depending on the project.
How will I receive my files?
Digital files are transferred via high-quality transfer services, ensuring full resolution and clarity.
Do you ship original artworks?
Yes, I ship original artworks within Romania. Contact me for more details or availability.
Can I request edits after the final delivery?
Yes, but any revisions made after the final transfer are subject to a 10% fee or a fixed, pre-agreed extra charge depending on the scope.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept bank transfer only, upon receipt of an invoice. No cash payments at this time.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 30% deposit is required to start any project. The rest is paid upon completion.
